June brought a wave of exciting updates and feature enhancements to Levitate this month. Here’s a rundown of what’s new and improved.
Our meeting booking pages just got more customizable! You can now add Custom Fields to your meeting booking pages, which can also be set as required fields. This allows for a more personalized booking experience, ensuring you gather all necessary information from your invitees. The settings are applied on a meeting-by-meeting basis, giving you flexibility and control.
We’ve made significant updates to the tagging game to boost its usefulness for accounts with uncategorized contacts. If your account has enabled the feature to pull in recent subject lines, these will now be visible, aiding in more accurate categorization by tags. Additionally, more tags will be displayed during the tagging process, streamlining the organization of your contacts.
To make managing your contacts easier, we’ve switched from identifying duplicates by email address to identifying them by name. When searching for a contact, duplicates with the same name will now be listed along with their associated company. The search results will also indicate the number of duplicates found, simplifying contact management.
We’ve introduced new prompts to ensure smooth transitions when switching account integrations. You’ll now see an option to have integration data wiped by our engineering or support team. This measure helps prevent any lingering data from causing issues in your new integration setup.
Levitate users can now delete existing texting campaigns through the Campaigns > Texting Campaigns section. This new feature provides more control and flexibility in managing your communication strategies.
To facilitate continued texting for Sole Proprietors, we now require a simple registration submission. While we work on creating a new process to submit this information to Bandwidth for approval, this interim step ensures compliance and continuity in your texting capabilities.
Members of our success and support teams can now initiate a contact import directly through an account's admin page. This feature allows us to pull new contacts by scanning sent emails from the past two years, providing a more organized and comprehensive contact list.
Users with the opportunity boards feature enabled can now create multiple boards. This enhancement is perfect for tracking different business ventures, sales cycles, and opportunities, providing a clearer overview of your projects.
We’ve implemented better checks to monitor connections to users' social media accounts and the posts scheduled for these accounts. This improvement aims to reduce post failures and disconnections, ensuring your social media activities run smoothly.
Sending a message to a household? Now, the household will appear on the email reporting page instead of two separate individuals. This small change makes tracking and reporting more intuitive.
Canceling group emails is now more efficient. With a single click, you can cancel all emails in a group send, streamlining email management and reducing the risk of unwanted communications.
