We’ve been busy behind the scenes! March’s updates include enhancements across events, data boards, handwritten cards, and more—here’s everything that’s new.
📅 Event Registration Updates
- Plus Ones: You can now allow attendees to RSVP with a plus one—or multiple guests. You can also set upper limits for total RSVPs.
- Search & Date Stamps: Easily search all events by name, and view date stamps directly on the Event Registration page.
- Custom Questions: Add short answer, dropdown, or checklist-style questions to your event registration forms for more personalized responses.
😊 Satisfaction Survey Updates
- Custom Questions: Just like with events, you can now add custom short answer, dropdown, or checklist questions to surveys.
- Google Review Boost: Positive survey responders are now more easily guided to leave a Google review.
- Split Reporting: Reporting for Satisfaction Surveys and Events now lives in separate dashboards, making insights easier to access.
📊 Data Boards Get a Makeover
- The "Opportunity Board" tab is now the "Data Boards" tab, combining opportunities, policies, and donations.
- Filter by origination date, tag through donor boards, and import to opportunity boards via spreadsheet.
- Advanced Reporting is now available across all board types.
📬 Sending, Automations & Handwritten Cards
- New Donor/Donation Automations: Easily toggle these on in admin; they now appear as a dashboard card.
- Campaign End Dates: Set an end date for campaigns, which will halt sending even if there are emails left in the queue.
- Shared Mailboxes: Office 365 and Google shared mailboxes can now be used for sending and receiving.
- Follow-Up Emails: Automatically follow up based on clicks—or no clicks—on campaign emails.
