🔷Enhanced Blog Customization

You can now fully customize your hosted blog with options to update navigation bars, header images, fonts, colors, and even disclosures for individual posts. This allows your blog to truly reflect your brand while creating a seamless experience for your audience.‍

🔷Enhanced Event Registration & Satisfaction Surveys

Users can now add custom short-answer questions to event registration forms and satisfaction surveys. Reporting for these features has also been improved, offering separate reporting options for a clearer breakdown of your event and survey data. Future updates will include more custom question types like dropdowns and picklists.‍

🔷Campaign Follow-Ups Based on Clicks

Follow up smarter! With click-based reporting, you can now send targeted follow-up emails to campaign recipients based on whether they clicked—or didn’t click—on a link in your previous campaign. This enables more precise and meaningful engagement with your contacts.

🔷Office 365 Shared Mailbox Integration

Levitate now allows you to connect Office 365 shared mailboxes, making it easier for teams to manage shared communication channels. Simply submit a Support ticket to get started!

🔷Other Updates

• Mobile App Updates: A new mobile app update is coming soon with improvements to streamline your experience on the go.
• Texting Attachment Limits: Adjustments have been made to comply with carrier restrictions—individual attachments now have a 1.7 MB limit, and total attachments cannot exceed 3.5 MB.
