Here at Levitate we’re always working diligently behind the scenes to enhance our platform for customers, and we're delighted to introduce yet another new feature: the ability to connect directly to your Google Business profile!
We understand the importance of simplicity and efficiency in managing your business’s online reputation - especially when 85% of consumers trust online reviews as much as personal recommendations. 🤯 To bring our Customer Satisfaction surveys full circle, administrators on Levitate are now able to get connected to their Google Business profile. With this update, the process of monitoring and responding to reviews is easier than ever.
Once connected, you'll gain access to a comprehensive view of your Google reviews right in Levitate. Track your rating, observe your review count, easily see insights around your review growth, and delve into the valuable feedback provided by your clients. This integrated dashboard is designed to give you a clear picture of your online reputation.
The update also enables you to reply to all your Google reviews directly from Levitate, which is huge when you consider that over 55% of consumers are influenced by the way businesses respond to their reviews. With this centralized review management, it’s simpler than ever to respond in a timely manner. To take advantage of this feature, head to 'Integrations' under the drop down menu in the top right of Levitate. Here, you easily enable the integration to begin managing your Google Profile presence within Levitate. Please note, in order to see reviews, the credentials entered must belong to an admin, a manager, or an owner of the Google Business profile.
