As usual, our team has been hard at work implementing product enhancements to streamline your workflow and make authentic outreach more efficient. Here is a list of the February updates to make sure you’re aware of all the time-saving features Levitate has to offer!
In Policy Renewal automations, multiple policy types are now able to be selected for a segment from a drop-down menu. This will be a huge time saver when setting up renewal automations for multiple types of policies.
Levitate customers can now choose to either send to 'All Contacts' or 'Contacts I Own' by default. We've had customers accidentally send to only clients they own in Levitate, when they intended to send to all contacts in Levitate. The toggle for this will be found in Admin in your account.
If you’re on the phone or in a meeting with a Levitate contact, you can now create a meeting booking via the contact page. When the meeting booking icon is clicked, and the meeting is chosen, the information from the contact profile will now autofill into the meeting booking page to cut down on manual entry of info that's already listed. Little enhancement, big time saver!
We now have text campaigns live! Write, draft, schedule, and send out text messages in the Texting section (now a new tab in the 'Campaigns' section) and set up these sends via contact profile or contact search. This will streamline the texting process and make it even simpler for scheduling text campaigns out.
When using Advanced Search, you can now choose an 'Age' to search by. This will allow you to search by birth year and reach out based on birthday and age. (This is especially helpful for our customers that work with Medicare and/or Social Security benefits.)
Previously, Levitate had the ability to stop automations if the recipient were to reply back to an email or text message and now we’ve added an additional filter to cancel if a certain tag or tag(s) are added, making it simpler to exclude clients as needed.
For AMS360, QQ Catalyst and HawkSoft users who have 'connection types' enabled, automation steps can now be set up to send by connection type. Send an intro email from a Producer and a follow up email from a CSR, all in the same automation.
Levitate has been set up, in the past, to randomize times to send out emails, i.e. at 12:06PM rather than 12PM on the dot. However, with our changes in email send cadence, we're able to allow sending right on the hour. We also have this :00 start time available on social media.
